Rates & Insurance

I am an in network provider and accept the following health insurance:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Aetna

If you use insurance to pay for your sessions, you are responsible for the co-payment, or amount owed toward your deductible or coinsurance.

Otherwise, I am considered an Out of Network (OON) provider. Many insurance companies allow you to see a provider "out-of-network." This means that you may still be able to see a provider that does not take your insurance if you have OON benefits.

Please call your insurance provider’s Member Services line directly for more information.

Some helpful questions to ask your insurance provider:

  • ​Am I eligible for out-of-network reimbursement for psychotherapy, including via telehealth?

  • What percentage will be covered by insurance?

  • Do I have a deductible, co-pay or co-insurance​? If so, when does my deductible reset?

  • How many sessions per calendar year are covered?

  • What is the procedure for requesting reimbursement?

If you use out-of-network benefits, I’ll provide you with a monthly superbill which you will send to your insurance company so they can reimburse you for a portion of the fee.
