Insurance: I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, and in the process of becoming an Aetna Provider.

If you use insurance to pay for your services, you are responsible for the co-pay and/or amount owed toward your deductible.

Otherwise, I am considered an Out of Network* (OON) provider.

Individual 50 minute therapy session: $150

Payment accepted: Cash, Credit card, HSA

*Out-of-Network benefits. Many insurance companies allow you to see a provider "out-of-network (OON)." This means that you may still be able to see a provider that does not take your insurance if you have OON benefits. Please call your insurance provider directly for more information. I can provide you with a receipt/superbill if you would like to send it to your insurance company to use your benefits.

Some helpful questions to ask your insurance provider:

• ​Do I have mental health/behavioral health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

• Do I have a co-pay, co-insurance, deductible, or any other cost-share amount I will have to pay per session?
