Welcome! I’m Bridget Wilczynski. In my practice, my focus is on providing a welcoming space where clients can feel truly supported. My approach to counseling has an emphasis on the importance of the therapeutic relationship as the guiding force in fostering change. I believe that we all have the ability to heal and the strength to make the changes that we need in our lives!

I am trained in and utilize evidence based methods such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Mindfulness Based Therapy in my practice.

As an Art Therapist, expressive arts methods including visual journaling, creative writing, PhotoTherapy and therapeutic photography can also be woven into our work. Sessions are flexible and responsive to each client’s evolving needs and challenges.

I specialize in working with young adults who are navigating major life transitions, parents, and other adults 18+ presenting with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and stress related to balancing the many aspects of their lives.
