Welcome!
My counseling approach places a strong emphasis on the importance of the therapeutic relationship as the foundational and guiding force in fostering meaningful and lasting change. I firmly believe that every individual possesses the innate ability to heal, grow, and move forward in their personal journey.
In my practice, I utilize a range of evidence-based methods including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to support clients effectively. As a trained Art Therapist, I also incorporate a variety of creative modalities into therapy, adapting each session to address the unique, evolving needs and goals of every client.
I specialize in working with college students and young adults navigating significant life transitions, parents, and other adults aged 18 and older who present with anxiety, relationship challenges, and stress related to managing and balancing the many demands of their busy lives.
